Astrud, a "let's say weird" pop duo from Barcelona, are one of those strange and interesting bands that happen to live underground, hardly known for those who are not into the so called "indie scene". Their music is not complicated or obtuse at all is, more accurately, plain and even naïve but their lyrics and attitude are highly ironic and stand as a example of counter culture (their song "No os caséis", "Don't get married", is just an underground hymn in Spain). Their last album, Tú no existes ("You don't exist"), is just a perfect example of all these build with synths, drums, guitars and a voice that sounds pure and delicate in all its pop surrealism.
