Bandini is a fantastic band that follows the tradition of Wilco, Neil Young, The Band or Slint. Their music is very intense, deep and very rich in instrumentation and ideas. The Sunny Album, ironic title for an album so full of loneliness, desperation, sadness..., is their first LP but they have been around for a while; they even got to the final of Proyecto Demo 2006, the Festival International de Benicassim contest for new bands. The album has 14 songs in English built using acoustic and electric guitars, wonderful keyboards and a voice sad as a lonely telephone post in a winter night. // Ïñigo de Amescua
