It might not seem that exciting with yet another male electronic pop duo from Gothenburg. And there is of course a risk that Boat Clubs debut CD will be dismissed as just mere a copy of The Embassy, The Tough Alliance, Studio and Air France. But if you give Caught the Breeze (note the reference to Slowdives shoegaze classic 'Catch The Breeze') a few listenings you will discover that it cruises past such worries and that Magnus Wahlström and Andreas Christakis developes their very own breezy balearic blend. // Lars Jämtelid
