The oldest indie music festival in Italy, after 20 successful editions in Arezzo as "Arezzo Wave" and the last edition in Florence, since last year it takes place at the seaside, in the Tuscan city of Livorno.

The next Italia Wave Love Festival will take place in the sea town of Livorno, in the Tuscan coast, from 16th to 19th July 2009. Concerts and many other acts will compose the program of Italia Wave Festival 2009.
The festival will take place in many areas in the city of Livorno: the Main Stage with the big Italian and International acts will be in the Football Stadium, Elettrowave - electronic heart of the festival - and other activities will take place in the Old Fortress by the seaport, the area of Rotonda d’Ardenza, a terrace next to the sea, will host the music of the Psycho Stage and all the cultural events in the fields of literature, theatre, comics and poetry. Italia Wave in fact will propose as always the best Italian and international music beside itineraries of literature, cinema, theatre, electronic and digital cultures, contaminated from the many excellences of the territory of Livorno.
