Until the beginning of 2006 Ylva Lindberg was best known as the graphic designer and illustrator Une Esthetique Nouvelle. Then she featured on The Friendly Noise-compilation Are You Scared to Get Happy? with the song 'It Girl', and Friday Bridge became one of the most talked about swedish indie acts. The debut album Intracy is a romantic, nostalgic yet modern blend of baroque pop, euro, new romantic, french lolita pop and electric twee where you can spot glimpses of Françoise Hardy, Saint Etienne and Broadcast. Or as Lindberg puts it herself: "Four Friday Bridge concerns are delicacy, melody, sophistication and lush orchestration." Dickon Edwards from Fosca features on 'Pigeon'.
