Girls In Hawaii is a band from the southern part of Belgium. Their second cd ‘Plan Your Escape’ is another sparkling album filled with little poppy pearls. Four years after their debut, the girls release 12 Beatleseske songs. Not only the single ‘This Farm Will End Up In Fire’ is excellent; songs like ‘Summer Storm’ and ‘Couples on TV’ – written by bass player Daniel Offerman – could easily be mistaken for music like Sparklehorse.
