In time, Jarnac has made a sound and has become a must in the French independent rock scene: a trend confirmed with the arrival of Jettators, a new representative band of this incandescent rock sound whom the region got used to serve with great attention to detail. And this is a quite beautiful reward when we know how it is difficult for musicians to make a name when they do not come from Paris. Jettators do not have other arguments than their register which get you right there. After some demos and Eps, both brothers flew away to Detroit to record with Jim Diamond the ten tracks of “Milner Hotel”, first album which takes back straightaway to the rock of the nineties (Sugar, Dinosaur Jr) and to the garage of the heirs of MC5 (Dirtbombs, Hellacopters), with its gleaming melodies, generous distortion, pop approach, sharpened riffs, spring loaded rhythms, and rock n’roll cacophony at its best. And if we have already listened something more original in the past, Jettators have this indisputable efficiency which commands respect. Jarnac smells the warmth. And we, in good dunces, we are never far from the radiator.
