Mintzkov were the winners of the 2000 edition of Humo's Rock Rally, which has proven to be an important career step for many Belgian artists. Four years after their first studio album ('M for Means and L for Love'), they return with the energetic '360°'.
'360°' sounds like Pixies, Girls Against Boys, Sonic Youth and Belgium's finest export product dEUS. Catchy, radio-friendly songs such as the single 'One Equals A Lot' and the stand-out track 'Ruby Red' go hand in hand with more straightforward, heavier contributions. With '360°' Mintzkov shows that it has become a grown-up, self-confident and engaging rock band. Warning: very addictive!
