Andrea Mangia - aka Populous - is one of the best Italian electronic musicians. The only one that managed to be released by the prestigious Morr Music, and the only one that managed to stand out of the claustrophobic niche of Italian IDM. Always linked to the hip hop rythms and glitch sounds, he now changes direction with this new album: retro synths with a shoegaze soul, looking at the experimental electronic of the 70s.
