With their 6th full length album “stillno1” German band “Slut” managed to do their masterpiece (so far). Without sounding abstracted these southern Germany guys include bands like Radiohead, Depeche Mode, Sigur Ròs and the Beatles into their music. There are huge melodies bundled with a lot of melancholy and sadness, but also fighting spirit. You can feel what singer Christian Neuburger is feeling, it´s very close to everybody’s life and still so unique. We hope it is not their last masterpiece but a big step stone on their way. // Mic / Tamara
