Andrea Calcagno alias Tarick1 plays electronic stuff. His music celebrates all sorts of electro-pop plastic dating back to 25 years ago, mixed up with house-music and embellished copying/pasting Daft Punk. An amusement park where electronic-music becomes a virtual merry-go-round for binary nursery rhymes, making fun of the contemporary dance-music. Songs which smash and pump rhythm among rustlings of robotics and synthetic grooves dragging sticky, almost “italodisco” refrains. Vocoder out of control playing upon “naïf” melodies.
