There are many different methods how to form a successful band. Viliam Béreš, the founder of soul/jazz/pop quintet Toxique, chose the most natural one. He simply put together first-rate musicians and asked Klára Vytisková, talented and very expressive singer, to join. This symbiosis of high professionality and incommutable individuality made an immediate impact. Toxique were chosen by musical experts to participate in „Czech Eurosong contest“. Though they did not qualify to the European final, they were offered to make an album. This album mixes R&B, funky, jazz and pop forcelessly and elegantly and Toxique will definitely aspirate to be a newcomer of the year. // Jan Kyncl
